DESCRIPTION:MEMORY CAFE\nEspecially for Early-Onset Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia\nCome connect with other caregivers and their care partners living with Alzheimer’s Disease and other forms of dementia for a light meal or snack and enjoy musical entertainment in a relaxing atmosphere. Our special café offers activities such as crafting\, gaming\, and music – all of which can help foster opportunities for reminiscing. The Y’s Memory Café is held in the Gagnon Teen and Community Center\, located in the lower level of Somerset Hills YMCA with easy access via elevator. \nTHIS MONTH: \nWHEN: April 30th 12 – 2 pm\nWHERE: Gagnon Teen and Community Center in Somerset Hills YMCA\nWHO: Those living with early-onset Alzheimer’s Disease and dementia as well as their caregivers\nCOST: FREE and open to the entire community (lunch is included) \nREGISTRATION REQUIRED: Advance registration is required for participants.
