START, TURN, STROKE ADVANCED CLINIC
At Bridgewater YMCA!
Swim into summer with our Start, Turn and Stroke advanced clinic! Participants will master block starts, and underwater transitions. This intensive clinic focuses on stroke refinement, endurance training, and race strategies. Swimmers will receive personalized coaching, practice advanced drills, and develop confidence in all four strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly). Prior to class, swimmers should know how to swim all strokes, tread water for 2 minutes and be able to swim 25 yards of each stroke.

TIME: 4:30PM – 5:30PM (AGES 6-9) 5:30PM – 6:30PM (AGES 9-14)
